Morine Shakes has been a vital part of the MSI team for over twenty (20) years.  As Senior Staff Accountant her responsibilities include critical accounting and financial reporting duties at all MSI properties.

Contributing to her many years of industry experience, Morine also served in other distinct roles with MSI including Site Manager.  Even further broadening out her overall industry experience and understanding of affordable housing, Morine worked with the Orlando Housing Authority in Florida prior to joining MSI.

A proud graduate of Hunter College (City University of New York), Morine holds a BS degree in Accounting.
